Return Policy
Our company promises that goods can be returned within 7 days from the date of sale (based on the customer's actual receipt date):

2. The product is damaged during transportation.
3. The wrong product was shipped, or the product does not match the order, but it does not affect resale, in which case a return or exchange can be requested.
The following situations are not eligible for the 7-day no-reason return policy:

2. The product has been used (electronic products are considered used once powered on);
3. The product and its functional components and accessories show signs of wear and tear;
4. The product's outer packaging is lost or severely damaged (excluding opened packaging), actually affecting the product's resale. This situation is not eligible for the 7-day no-reason return policy.
5. Other goods that are unsuitable for return due to their nature, and which you confirmed were unsuitable for return at the time of purchase;
6. Other goods in poor condition that affects resale;
How to Apply for a Return
1. Returns/Exchanges for Personal Reasons: Within 7 days of receiving the goods, please send an email to the after-sales service center, ensuring the goods do not affect resale. After-sales service will process your application within 1-3 business days of receiving your email. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
2. Returns/Exchanges for Quality Issues: Within 7 days of receiving the goods, please send an email to service@mail.quartzglow.com to contact the after-sales service center. Customer service will process your application within 1-3 business days of receiving your email. Return shipping costs are our responsibility.
3. Regarding Returns: Please contact the courier company directly within 7 days of receiving the goods. The courier company will inform us of the refund details upon receiving the goods. Our company will complete the refund process within 15 business days.
